This past weekend was the anniversary of the death of a friend of mine. I will always remember to take a few moments every Sept 29th to honor them. This year, I have had several friends lose family members and it made me think about ghosts as many things do. Ghosts almost always remain behind due to regret.
I have actually learned from my many years of experience in this field to live better. That's right, death has taught me how to live. One of the most important lessons is this, never take the people you care about for granted. Never miss an opportunity to tell them that you care or that you respect them. Don't have regrets. Don't live a half life.
At the end of this life, all we can ask is that we did right by our people. Don't know why, but I wanted to share this thought. I hope it speaks to someone.
